I guess polish is right, I should post this here, although I don't have a recipe persay, more of a question: Years ago my mom made a stuffed sole dish that was delicious, served with steamed rice and asparagus"?" The stuffing was, I think, like a cream cheese/shrimp/chopped green onion mixture spooned onto a sole fillet, then wrapped up with a toothpick stuck in it to hold it together. Im not even sure of the stuffing ingredients, just the sole, and the MicroWave. Im thinking this would be a good way to hook up those sanddab fillets Im hoping to encounter this winter. any ideas, comments, instructions would be greatly appreciated...mutt.
