|I got several requests to add this recipe at the MMD, so here it is. Pretty simple, but very good.
Start with whatever fish you want to use, at the MMD we did Leopard Shark and Halibut.
Seasoned Bread Crumbs
"Pescado" seasoning (availble at most hispanic supermarkets or Food Maxx) it come in a white and blue bottle
1) Mix the crumbs, 1 Tablespoon of seasoning and 1 Tablespoon garlic powder in a bowl
2) Cut the fish into strips
3) Heat the oil
4) Roll the strip in the crumb mixture until coated
5) fry the fish in the hot oil 2 minutes on each side
enjoy with your favorite dipping sauce or alone
Fish like this is your last day on earth, conserve like you will live 1000 years.
