-Clean/scale one striper (20-25" is a good size)leaving the head on.
- score fish 4 times on the bias on each side of the fish.
- rub inside and out with hazelnut oil.
- salt salt and pepper inside and out.
- stuff inside of fish with slices of oranage, meyer lemon, dill, & Italian parsley.
- lay more orange and meyer lemon on top of the fish over the scores.
-Wrap in foil.
- grill on BBQ for 8 minutes on each side at 450+ F.

- Unwrap and eat.
