|Curious if there are any do-it-yourselfer canners on this board? Would appreciate any links to good how to instructions for canning fish. I'd like to be able to can some of my excess fish to get it out of my freezer which is at capacity. Any instructions or links to good, safe, basic instructions for the doityourselfer canner/bottler would be appreciated, and any tips as to a good supplier in the LA area or online (mason jars, etc,) and any recipes would be appreciated. I know OSH has some canning supplies, but are there cheaper places?
