Location: Southern California (Riverside County)
|If it is similar to the one that was in Vegas in the Hard Rock about 10 or 12 years ago then I can say that the kaiseki menu, although expensive, is absolutely first rate and delicious.
Some big clients really wanted to go there at the time and I have to say that it is bucket-list worthy if you are a foodie.
I have heard that the sushi is good as well but with the kaiseki I had some dishes that were very unique as well as delicious.
*** I'm back in Riverside County now. Anyone around up for some fishing? What about So Cal beaches?
