Possibly of only minor interest to most anglers, but I militantly love seafood, and this is a deep dive of seafoody stats (as well as a potential resource for students and people involved in conservation efforts).
You can slice and dice world wild-caught and farmed organism data almost any way you want it. Shellfish and mollusca included. The attached screenshot of a spreadsheet exported from the online database contains the results of a query of top 25 fish orders/families that I set up, sorted by raw tonnage, for years 2012 – 2014.
Kind of a neat thing to toy with when you're feeling curious, I suppose.
