Went out with the Kahuna out of Moss Landing, CA in search of some rockfish/lingcod. The boat did well with near limits of big rockfish and many quality lingcod from Pt. Sur. I cooked up some of the rockfish for a tasty meal after long day out on the water. Check out the video here:

Sure, thanks for watching!

I don't measure anything but here are the ingredients:
-Rockfish fillets
-Salt
-Pepper
-Garlic Powder
-Lemon(optional)
-Soy Sauce(optional)

On medium high heat, fry the fish in about a tablespoon of olive oil, 3-5 min on both sides (more or less depending on the thickness of the fish). Flavor with lemon and soy sauce if desired. Serve over rice. Enjoy!
