|Oh, yes,(for me). Ofcourse, I like fish prepared just about anyway you can imagine, a lot of people don't, but deep fried with panko crumbs works for everyone most of the time. The reason I did it that way cause it's so very quick-N-easy, delicious and NOT FRIED! If I want to make it a special dish, I'll chop-up a fresh tomatoe salsa, put a layer of thin sliced lemons on the bottom of the pyrex, then the fish, then the salsa, then a nice "fat" layer of avacados on top. Into the oven, then place it over your favorite rice recipe and Bon-apa-tit...mutt.
