|I use this mostly for shrimp and such but it works well for most light fleshed seafood too.
take your fish or other items and cut them into pieces to the size you want. (i prefer smaller size as it marinates a little faster). and put em in a large bowl.
pour your favorite teriyaki sauce (or make your own. soy sauce, sugar, sesame seeds and some rice wine) over your fish. it doesnt need to cover it completely.
add 1 - 2 table spoons chilli powder
1 - 2 teaspoon garlic powder or 2 garlic cloves.
half a bunch of cilantro, chopped up fine.
teaspoon (or more) jamaican jerk seasoning.
throw it all in with the fish and let it sit for 30 minutes or so. i like to stir mine around every so often to mix it up.
then throw it on the bbq till done and enjoy!
