Location: Plugging 'But Holes
1 - 2 lbs of white flaky fish
3 tablespoon white miso paste
2 table spoon soy sauce
2 cloves finely chopped garlic
1/4 teaspoon sugar
1 tablespoon sushi seasoning sauce or water/vinegar/sugar mix
2 tablespoons oil
Mix miso paste, soy sauce, garlic, sugar, sushi seasoning and oil together forming a thin paste.
Take Fish and score each side. Take miso paste mix and rub all over fish incorporating it into the scoring and body cavity.
Take marinated fish and roll in panko until fish is fully covered with panko. May take several coatings. Fry in a pan with oil until brown and crispy on the outside. The marinade and panko will keep the fish moist on the inside.
