1 lb thresher or mako steaks
2 bunches of cilantro
1 or 2 jalapeno (depends on how hot you wanted)
1/4 cup of olive oil
2 cloves garlic
1 juice of lime
put cilantro peppers garlic and oil into a blender and blend in till smooth pour over steaks let marinade for a good 2-4 minutes grill till done serve with salsa and corn or flour tortillas, and a cold corona
