|Another brother in law showed me this one. I think they're just trying to get my fish, you know, con the white boy outta some fillets? Its all good!
In a pyrex baking dish large enough to hold the whole fillets, first line the bottom with sliced tomatoes then a thin layer of sliced onions, then lay down the fillets, then another layer of thin sliced onions, and a layer of tomatoes. Pour a can of El'patos hot tomato sauce "the yellow one" over the top of it all, lastly, cover the whole top with sliced avocado. In to the oven at 350 for about 30 minutes. Some mexican rice, a couple of artichokes, and ofcourse the cold ones! And your ready to go...mutt.
