Ingredients:
-Thawed Fish Filets (I usually use Orange Roughy from Costco or halibut)
-Lemon
-Green Onion
-Butter
-Ginger
-Maggi Sauce (usually found in the Filipino section in the Asian market. Here is a picture and more detail)

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350*
Cut Ginger to "match stick" equivalent pieces
Cut green onion to about 1" pieces
Oil a baking pan to keep the fish from sticking
Place fish on baking pan and squeeze about 1/4 lemon on each filet.
Pour some Maggi sauce over each filet (about 3/4 the amount of the lemon)
Place the green onions and ginger over the filets
Place thin slices of butter over the filets to just cover it
Bake for about 25-40 min depending on how thick the filet and what type of fish you use. Some fish don't require a lot of cooking while others do. With Orange Roughy, I cook it for about 40 min while for halibut at the same size and thickness, I only cook it for 25 min.

Serve with steamed rice and a beer. Very easy to do and very easy clean up. Should work with any type of saltwater fish.
