Maybe someone has this set-up? I'm going to use for casting for macs and bonito off pier or surf perch from beach. Any trade-offs you'd make on the rod or the reel? Thanks!

What are the specs of the ones u want?

I tried to look it up on the penn site.

For perch, I usually fish #6-8 mono #10 max. Bonito I'd at least fish #10 mono on the light and #20 on the heavy. I good medium would be the SLAIII5500.

As for the rod. I don't see any line ratings on the website. Something with a line rating from #8-25 or #10-30 with a medium-fast tip would be good.
