Any sanddabs showing up at the mouth of the bay Fort Point or Fort Baker?

I fished about an hour before sunset on 12/29/17 on the Fort Baker pier and hooked only shiner surfperch and a small rockfish using market shrimp meat.

I was on Fort Point yesterday. No fisherman and, probably, no fish. Crowd of photographers awaiting the moon-rise. Sunset and moon-rise where spectacular.

I was thinking of heading up but it looks like the weather isn't going to cooperate this week. The good thing is that if and when the sanddabs show up it is usually after some winter rain. I'm not sure why some fresh water into the bay brings them in.
