Yeah 92 is pretty high. I mean, if the swell is low then it's still possible to snare them but I'd personally limit my time to around both slack tides when the water movement takes a break. Other than that, on days where both swell and current aren't in your favor, I'd look at bodies of water that offer more protection. Since you can't keep dungies inside the Golden Gate that means Bolinas and Bodega. Maybe some spot or cove in the Marin Headlands but that seems like an awful lot of hiking down to shore when Bolinas and Bodega are easily accessible by car.
