Are there any updates on crab closures?

Still no additional news since the last DFG announcement about lifting the red/rock crab closure in San Mateo county on July 6 followed up by the demoic acid advisory on August 19. Demoic acid tests are still being done with the latest report from October 13:

https://www.cdph.ca.gov/HealthInfo/Pages/fdbDomoicAcidInfo.aspx

It's looking much better than last year at this time as I believe the standard is two consecutive reports of below "action level" demoic acid results before an area is considered clean. The next report will be critical for any closure prior to the November 5 opener (dungeness and even red/rock crab).
