I don't have time to put down the recipes but here are some seafood dishes I've made this past week.

Seared Seasame Crusted Ahi tuna over fresh pesto with Summer salad and home made blueberry balsamic vinaigrette

Didn't the pesto overwhelm the Ahi? Or am I thinking of something else (assuming that pesto = garlic, olive oil, and basil)? Or maybe I just use too much garlic when I make mine.

The lingcod pouch looks delicious after opening but not so much sitting there on the plate before its untied! Heh

The pesto went very well with the Ahi.
Yeah my first time with the pouch. Presentation could be improved but the taste was there. I'll be looking into an alternative method soon.
