Decided to treat my wife and I to a good seafood dinner today. Since I had some lobster in the freezer and fresh halibut fillets, it was surf and surf dinner tonight. Also tried baking as well yeah baking!!

Appetizer grilled halibut collar. Super delicious!

Main Course halibut fillet with lobster. Halibut had a green onion/cilantro sauce and seasoned ginger on top. It has the flavor profile of chinese style steamed fish.

Dessert, I made some red pear puff pastry. Ran out of powdered sugar and forgot the fresh strawberries from my yard but still, it was good.

Happy Eating!!

Thanks Guys

I just had to redo the puff pastry since to me it wasn't complete without everything on it.

Here it is with fuji apple, powdered sugar, honey sauce and berries from my yard.

Can you post-up some how-to videos of this? Or at least a write up of the cooking prep and process? Your food presentation looks pro-quality, so if it tastes anything like it looks... MMMmmm.
