The fatzmalone recipes were never his. He clamed them to be his. But, it's easy to google the source on any of these.

Interesting although I never really assumed that he had developed each recipe himself. I did assume, rightly or wrongly, that he was a professional chef who had access to the various recipes and the sources needed by the same. Now you make me wonder.

I will try to find the original sources and insert them into the recipes. However, I haven't been able to connect with the address you provided.

I assumed that you knew that these were just being copied from other sites. Smile I've had this conversation with others on the board, and the feeling was always pretty much everything posted was plagiarized. That said, I hear he cooks a mean pig.

No, I didn't know that. In fact, I once suggested he be in charge of a recipe section on the site. I've never met him but he seems knowledgable when it comes to cooking.

Alas,'tis true. I just looked up each of those fatzmalone recipes and they are all plagiarized--and copyrighted. Oops.

This is the problem with cut-and-paste and irresponsible people.

Most of the recipes put up were copied, Yes...

I thought we had already established that point.

Guess I shouldn't had taken the time to put up GREAT Recipes that I used and still use up on this board. So that people could instead of trying these recipes instead search for them so they could call me a plaggerist. All and all it doesn't really matter because I still leaned allot from some of you gentlemen out there & I appreciate it & was trying to give something back. Take it or leave it & call it what you may.

Peace too all of you.

Fatzmalone...

In most cases I do not think there is a problem copying a recipe as long as attribution is given to the source of the recipe. Most writers that I know love to see their book quoted because it helps sales. But you need to give credit.

Regaurdless of where the recipe's come from, Fats holds it down with the Fish tacos and grilled lingcod.
