I'd like to know the setup for fishing halibut at Paradise Park Pier in Tiburon. Is it like the setup used at Bekeley Pier with a slip float or trolly float(Pacifica Pier style)?...whole or cut anchovies on high/low rigs? I also assume that live bait is the ticket? Thanks in advance for any feedback provided.

Live bait is the ticket.... if you use dead bait on hi-lo's you will get hammered by sharks and rays

standard 3 way live bait set up will do just fine

btw, the hali bite has slowed WAY down in the past few days.... most of the halibut seemed to have moved on to deeper waters for example near Angel Island
