|So with the sturgeon I caught last month I decided to try this and it tasted awesome.
I cut the sturgeon steaks into 2x2 cubes.Depending on how much meat you cook I use just enough soy sauce to coat the fish, then with a hand grater I grate some fresh ginger on the finest grind add some garlic powder, black pepper toss together to mix all the flavors and let sit in the fridge for at least an hour prior to cooking. When ready to cook I bring it out of the fridge and retoss everything just to get a good coat of all the goodness and pan fry with butter......
A bad day of fishing will always beat a good day at work.....
