I'll be staying at a time share up in Point Area for that week. I've never fished the area but was intending to visit the pier. Anyone up there with direct tips and advice? Looking for shore access too, but it looks like it's mainly cliff fishing. Is there much beach access in the area?

Cost is generally a reflection of the local conditions. Higher expenses, fewer customers leads to a higher break-even point cost per customer. I don't miss the upward spiraling cost of, well, everything from living up there.

It looks like fair advice, but I'd change most places where the author uses "yards" to "feet". Saying that the minimum distance for enough space between fishers should be half of a football field is a bit much under most circumstances on most beaches... And if someone has 4 poles set up 100'...
